Urban League Summer Program "Travels" To Thailand

The Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle holds a Summer Children's University at the UW each year. In August 2008, students in grades K-8, took a class learning about the cultures of the world through food. FIUTS Volunteer Siyada Darikarnonta, from Thailand, taught them about Thai culture with delicious Pad Thai and writing their names in the Thai alphabet.
