Where are you from?
I am from Pakistan and moved to the US in high school. Pakistan has delicious food and amazing places to visit but what I love is the diverse culture. There is so much history and culture that you can learn and explore. Moving to the US was an amazing experience and helped me meet new people from all over the world and learn about their countries and cultures.

What's your FIUTS story?
I started working with FIUTS last year when I joined the CulturalFest Performance Committee. It was an amazing experience and learned so much about working in a team. I wanted to further develop my leadership skills and decided to join the student board during my senior year at UW. Also, the people you meet through FIUTS are some of the most amazing people I have met who helped me grow and become more confident.

How will you change the world?
I believe that I will change the world through Education. My major is education and I want to work towards making Education more accessible and giving equal opportunity. I especially have a focus towards immigrant kids in America, I want to provide them with better resources to help make their transition into a new environment better and smoother.
