Celebrating International Welcome Weeks

Through late August and the month of September, FIUTS welcomed over 2,600 international students to the UW campus. These students took part in a wide array of events through FIUTS’ International Welcome Weeks as they transitioned into Seattle life. From an excursion to Camp Arnold to visiting the Seattle Aquarium to embarking on an Argosy Boat Cruise, students learned about the Pacific Northwest and made friends from around the world. 

FIUTS is very grateful to the sponsors, community members, staff members, work study students, interns, and facilitators who continuously contribute their time and resources into cross-cultural community building. Without you, the work we do would not be possible!
