Potential hosts and volunteers
If you are not yet a Homestay Host/ Volunteer, here are the overall requirements:
Must live within one hour via public transit to at least one university or college in the greater Seattle area.
Individuals, couples, and families are all welcome to participate!

Have students join you at yours, your family’s or a friend’s Thanksgiving table. A particularly special experience that students savor: Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 28, 2024
Sunday, January 12th - Sunday, January 19th, 2025 - Study of the US Institute on Civic Engagement college students from Angola, Botswana, South Africa, and Zimbabwe.
February 22-25, 2025: Japanese college nursing students from Institute of Science Tokyo
February 28-March 2, 2025: Japanese college students from Waseda University
March 3-18th, 2025: Japanese college students from Ehime University
