FIUTS has been connecting students from diverse backgrounds, empowering students as leaders, and building bridges between nations through citizen diplomacy for over seven decades,
Over the past week, we’ve hosted a series of events honoring our history and acknowledging the contributions of individuals, volunteers, and partners who make up the FIUTS story. We’ve enjoyed paging through countless photos and hearing stories of friendships that have endured over decades and connections that have turned strangers into family.
It’s been a dramatic time of change at FIUTS. As we look back over 75 years, we’re not just reminiscing, but shaping and sharing our vision for the future. We’ve welcomed new partners as we expand programs to students from across the Seattle area and consider new ways to further our mission. FIUTS students and alumni enrich and shape the fabric of our broader community, and advance mutual understanding, respect, and peace - let’s all work together towards another 75.

FIUTS Open House
Last week was a special time for the community to experience the heart of FIUTS! Our doors are wide open to welcome you to our office. Join us for an peek into our global community.
Host Appreciation Night
The FIUTS Homestay Program is the essence of the entire organization. We wanted to celebrate our 75th anniversary with a special night dedicated to showing all our love and appreciation to the wonderful host moms and dads of the community.
International Trivia Night
FIUTS is no stranger to International Nights hosted at College Inn Pub, but for 75th, we gave it a bit of a twist and added a trivia game to the mix.
Donor Reception and Appreciation Night
As part of our 75th anniversary, we wanted to take the time to thank our donors and contributors with a celebratory dinner.
