Clear Creek Campground is nestled in a towering canopy of fir trees in the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. On a clear day visitors you can spot Mt. Baker, a famous snow-capped volcano. Bring your walking shoes and hike one of the many trails in the area!
Advance sign-up begins: Monday, June 8th in the FIUTS office (HUB 206)
Cost: $65 (includes transportation, tent camping accommodation, and 3 basic meals)
What to bring: Sleeping bag*, pillow, hiking shoes, clothing layers, flashlight (if you have one), wind/rain jacket, warm pajamas, water bottle, toiletries, a swim suit, towel, ear plugs, your favorite snacks, pack a meal for Saturday picnic lunch, and your camera - of course!
We recommend a cool/cold weather sleeping bag made for camping temperatures between 30 and 50 degrees. Here's an example of a sleeping bag that you can order from Target online for about $30.
* FIUTS has a limited supply of gently used sleeping bags for sale ($15)! First come, first serve.
