Virtual Kreplach Cooking Class

Kreplach are traditional Jewish dumplings often filled with ground meat. Kreplach can be eaten either deep fried and crunchy, or the more traditional way which is in a hot chicken soup. In this special event, we will teach you how to make Kreplach for FREE. Expand your culinary experience and join us in this fun cooking class!  

Having trouble gathering ingredients? No problem, you can still join to learn how to make Kreplach in your own time!

Ingredient list (feel free to substitute based on your dietary preference):

Square wonton wrappers

Filling: The filling can be either minced beef or chicken, and has onions, salt, and garlic, and other vegetables you might want to include.

  • 2 diced onion

  • 2 scallions

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Olive oil

Soup:

  • Chicken broth

  • Carrots

  • Celery
