Meeting Place/Location: Meet at UW Campus Flagpole. Directions: Starting in Red Square, walk up the steps between Odegaard Library and Kane Hall to reach the UW Campus Flagpole.

How to Register: All registration and ticket sales will be after November 8th IN PERSON at the FIUTS office in Schmitz Hall 250. Stop by and visit us there between 12-4pm, Monday through Friday! To register for an event, you will need your name, UW email address, and student ID number. We accept cash or credit cards. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email on your event and more details about where to meet and what to bring for the event. Cancellations and refunds will be done on a case-by-case basis except in the case of a same-day cancellation or no-show. No refunds will be given for last minute cancelations or no-shows. You can buy up to 1 friend's ticket if they cannot make it to the office personally. Please have their full name, UW email and student ID number ready
FIUTS Covid-19 Advisory & Community Safety Regulations:
In alignment with the University of Washington's existing face covering policy and distancing requirements, FIUTS requires all participants to wear a mask for the duration of the event and maintain six feet of distance with others at all times, regardless of their vaccination status. Participants may only remove masks while actively eating or drinking.
