The Pan Africa Youth Leadership Program (PAYLP): All-Stars brings PAYLP Alumni (2013-2022) from various African countries to the U.S. for a one time All-Stars cultural and civic exchange training program. Participants will receive leadership training, networking and volunteer opportunities, and cultural experiences. The program will conclude with a closing forum where participants will present Community Action Plans. As part of the program, they will be in DC before Seattle. They are in Seattle for two weeks, and will spend the day with hosts on Februray 25th (no overnight stay).
