SUSI Mid-Program Photo Recap!
We are already midway through the SUSI on Civic Engagement summer program! How time flies when having fun! Students arrived in Seattle on June 21st, started exploring the University of Washington campus, Pike Place Market, and spent a weekend with host families. Students also got a chance to visit Olympia, the Washington State Capital, volunteer at Food Lifeline, enjoy Fourth of July celebrations in Kirkland and Gasworks Park, and much more. We are so thrilled they are here, excited to see their work, and curious if one of them will try a Seattle hotdog.
If you wish to meet this amazing group of young leaders, plan to attend one of the events below!
