As a platform to promote intercultural connection through students, FIUTS CulturalFest invites all indivual students and organizations in the Greater Seattle Area to join the celebration and help further expand its influence.
This year, we have the Ukrainian Community at Bellevue College joining us for the first time! By collaborating with the Ukrainian Students United group at the University of Washington, the team is showcasing the aspects of Ukraine culture that have been overlooked by the world.
Hello, my name is Lina Ngo. I am of Vietnamese-Ukrainian heritage, and I moved to the United States when the conflict in Ukraine began. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in business at Bellevue College. Beyond my academic pursuits, I am deeply committed to fostering community and cultural understanding. This commitment is exemplified through my role as the founder and president of the Ukrainian Community at Bellevue College. In this role, I strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment for students, promoting awareness and solidarity with the Ukrainian culture and its current challenges.

My aim is to highlight Ukraine's dynamic blend of historical richness and modern advancements through an engaging, informative exhibit that narrates Ukraine's tech journey. Through this showcase, I aim to foster appreciation for Ukraine's tech advancements and proudly embody the inventive spirit of my heritage, demonstrating how our culture seamlessly integrates with modern technology.
